Jeane Kirkpatrick, the United States Ambassador to the United Nations is using her skill to solve the United Nations' problems. The political structure of the United Nations is examined. The history of the United States is examined to determine the United Nations' role today in foreign policy. Kirkpatrick's job is explored.
