Genetic information and investment in human capital
Article Abstract:
An attempt to determine the effect of genetic information access to human capital investment has been made through the use of an incomplete information model. The analysis considered two utility varieties, including divergent and normal types, from which employees are allowed to choose from. It was established that the integration of information services actually provides employees greater freedom to alter and modify their health behavior, which may eventually lead to unfavorable consequences on the part of the employer.
