The resilient worker: employees who can cope with change
Article Abstract:
The dynamic nature of the business environment has prompted the need for enterprise owners to employ workers who are capable of adjusting to changes adeptly. In order for workers to adapt to drastic changes, they must understand that change, it self, is inevitable. The capacity to absorb changes may also be enhanced by evaluating one's reactions to previous changes and how to manage them. They are further advised to develop a contract which outlines the responsibilities and personal roles of each member in addressing current and future business variations.
