Several modern-day exercises are exemplified that have motions similar to those used by cavemen in their daily routines. Exercises are provided that mirror the actions that gave cavemen strong shoulders, torsos, lower bodies, and arm strength. A weekly workout routine is detailed, which includes cardiovascular exercise.

Tri, tri again: workout
