Article Abstract:

Tom Prince's program includes the seated incline alternate dumbell curl, the dumbell concentration curl, the machine preacher curl and the standing alternate hammer curl. They are done using the Wieder principles to isolate and concentrate the exercises on the target muscle groups to be developed.
