Darwin's Illness Revealed
Article Abstract:
Charles Darwin had health propblems for the last 40 years of his life. He saw many doctors and a number of diagnoses were proposed. His symptoms included: chrontic fatigue, nausea, frequent vomiting, a swimming head, severe headaches, trembling, insomnia, joint pain, rases, boils, tooth and gum problems, heart palpitations and depression. This article proposes a diagnosis of systemic lactose intolerance.

Do Post-Take Ward Round Proformas Improve Communciation and Influence Quality of Patient Care?
Article Abstract:
The post-take ward round reviews every patient within 24 hours of admission to make clinical decisions and formulate a management plan. Often the information was not adequately documented. After a proforma sheet was introduced the quality of documentation improved considerably.
