Article Abstract:
Health visitors working for Parkside Health National Health Service Trust in London, England, have expressed anger at being obliged to use an assessment tool involving asking new parents questions about domestic violence and use of illegal drugs. They have been told that they must comply with the assessment tool or face disciplinary action. The Community Practitioners' and Health Visitors' Association has stated that the use of this questionnaire represents an invasion of privacy.
