LINGO-1 antagonist promotes spinal cord remyelination and axonal integrity in MOG-induced experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis
Article Abstract:
A study reveals that blocking LINGO-1 function in mice caused by Lingo1 knockout or treatment with anti-LINGO-1 promotes functional recovery associated with myeline oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG)-induced (EAE) experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis.
