Article Abstract:

The Department of Health (DoH) launched a Back in Work campaign across England to protect the nurses from back injuries. The Manual Handling Operations Regulations were updated in 2002, which lists duties both for employers and employees, by setting health, and safety guidelines for back injury prevention.
