Article Abstract:
Proper nutrition is critical to achieving muscle mass. Serious bodybuilders should incorporate regular midnight snacks in their diet programs to keep liver glycogen at anabolic levels and promote weight and muscle gain. A sample diet for bodybuilders is also provided.
