Planning to improve the hospital experience for older inpatients
Article Abstract:
The population shift is likely to have dramatic effects on healthcare provision hence, nurses should have the necessary skills to care for older inpatients. The Department of Health has provided funding for many projects that have resulted in training programs with the aim of changing the whole culture of NHS hospitals.
