Should the U.S. send ground troops to Bosnia?

Forty-three percent of the Glamour readers who responded to a survey indicated that the US should send ground troops to Bosnia, but only if it receives the support of Europe. Some 92% of the respondents reported that the US should use force if it is attacked.
