Several products offer a simple solution to losing weight, but the truth is that there is no easy answer, and the healthiest way to lose weight requires making changes in diet, exercise routines and committing to them over the long term. Some effective strategies for weight loss are changing the behavior that contributed for overweight, maintaining a food journal to avoid unhealthy eating patterns, and choosing low-density foods such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
