Florence George Graves has made a mark for herself as an investigation reporter by investigating cases that many American media agencies were reluctant to take due to lack of interest or fear. In the year 1980, she founded the 'Common Cause Magazine' that exposed wrongful conducts by public officials and abuses of power among the political and corporate classes.

Maynard, Robert Clyve

Robert C. Maynard died on Aug 17, 1993. Maynard was a journalist and syndicated columnist who became the first African American editor of a major metropolitan newspaper and the first to buy a major newspaper when he purchased the Oakland Tribune in 1983.
