Tara Lipinski's prowess in figure skating was a result of intense training and perseverance. She primarily became well-known in roller skating until she shifted to ice skating when she was six and a half. At 15, Lipinski is most famous for being the first ice skater to land two consecutive triple-loop jumps during competition.

Hasek, Dominik

Czech-born Dominik Hasek is best known for his loose-limbed best style of play, making him the best goalie in the National Hockey League (NHL). Hasek, who has been playing hockey for 33 years, came to the US in 1990. He also excellently plays tennis, backgammon and chess.
