Marcus Miller, a successful jazz bassist and session player, has produced, composed, arranged, and played on everything from jazz albums to movie soundtracks and commercial jingles, working with such luminaries as Luther Vandross, Aretha Franklin, Frank Sinatra and LL Cool J. Miller was named one of the 10 most influential bass players of the 1990s, earning a reputation as the 'Superman of Soul' dueto his musical ingenuity and his virtuosic skills.
