Peter H. Duesberg was born on December 2, 1936. In preserving as a scientist and a so-called AIDS denialist or AIDS dissenter, the molecular biologist and virologist Peter Duesberg gained prominence as a researcher specializing in retroviruses, viruses whose genetic, or hereditary, material is in the form of RNA (ribonucleic acid) rather than DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid).
