The 16th annual KRC Electric Fly-In was held in Sep. 1995 at Quakertown, PA. The event attracted a wide range of electric model airplanes such as micro jets and conventional model aircraft. Despite being rained-out, the three-day event proved successful.

The 18th annual KRC Electric Fly saw several highlights in terms of airplane model design innovations. Some of the units were scratch built designs while others were production model units with modifications. Hobbyists as well as companies participated.

The Keystone Radio Control (KRC) club introduced a new dimension to model airplane flying by sponsoring the KRC Electric Fun Fly. The competition featured several electric models which used electric ducted fans instead of glow-powered ducted fans.
