Christmas stamps available in variety of formats
Article Abstract:
The US Postal Service issued two Christmas stamps on Oct 21, 1993. One depicts a madonna and child, and was issued in Raleigh, NC. The other is a set of four, depicting a snowman, a jack-in-the-box, a reindeer and a toy soldier, issued in New York, NY. The set is also available in self-adhesive.

The United Nations Postal Administration plans to issue a series of stamps to commemorate the Mar 1995 World Summit for Social Development. Friedensreich Hundertwasser designed the stamps, which are to be released on Feb 3, 1995.
