Collateral material often enhances a collection
Article Abstract:
Material that are auxiliary to a stamp or cover can often provide interesting information. One cover has a cancel for the Boston and Albany train route in 1929. A collateral to this is a menu promoting Mt Holyoke College. The college is served by the railroad. Food prices are amazing low on the menu.

Mega-Event spawns interest in stamp hobby
Article Abstract:
The inaugural Postage Stamp Mega Event, which took place in Oct 1992 at New York's Jacob K. Javits Center, was a highly successful show that captured the attention of both the mainstream media and the non-collecting public. Plans for future Mega-Events are detailed.
