Discovery: Rita Dibert mixes whimsy with her Marshall oils for a unique take on the world

Rita Dibert was a painter before she became a photographer. Although she works with various photographic films and formats, she is known for her oil-colored photographs which are done with infrared film. She uses her 'flea market' Leica M3 or Busch Pressman 4-by-5 for all of her work.

Alma Davenport de la Ronde's 21st-century gum bichromates

De la Ronde's applies the gum bichromate processing technique to fuse four-color separation technology with printing on watercolor paper. She uses black-and-white slide film sheets, three of which are exposed through magenta, blue or yellow filters.
