Fine feathered find?
Article Abstract:
The Sinosauropteryx prima skeleton found in China has a line of something fluffy running from its head to its tail, prompting some paleontologists to theorize that it is the first feathered dinosaur even found. Other researchers are skeptical. The evolutionary relationship between birds and dinosaurs is discussed.

Outback adventure

Lightning Ridge is located in the Australian Outback and can be reached through an eight-hour drive from Brisbane. This opal mining region was made famous through the discovery of black opal by Charlie Nettleton in the early 1900s.

Mike and dad's excellent adventure

A group comprised of a fossil hunter, a man and his son went to South Dakota to search for bones of fossil mammals. They discovered the fossils of a mosasaur, retrieved it and donated it to the Science Museum of Long Island, NY.
