Silk or tigertail?
Article Abstract:
Tips were given on the choice of materials for stringing necklaces and bracelets. Tigertail is the material of choice for stringing because it requires the simplest tools. It is available in gauges 12 to 15 and crimp beads are used to secure the tigertail to the clasp. Silk on the other hand is the classic material for stringing pearls and gemstones.
