Some nations issue stamps to exploit collectors

Nations that issue high priced stamps to sell to foreign stamp collectors are doing a disservice to the philatelic community. Countries guilty of such dubious deeds to raise money include Monaco, Guatemala and the Trucial States. The USPS issues such stamps in its packets for novice collectors.
