Special printings moved in Specialized
Article Abstract:
The 1994 Scott Specialized Catalogue of U.S. Stamps has removed its special printing section and placed each group of special stamps with theircorresponding regular issues. The stamps will be easier to locate this way, and none of the catalogue numbers will be changed.

New Sanabria airmail catalog available this month
Article Abstract:
Sanabria will release the first volume in a series of revised and updated airmail stamp catalogs on May 15, 1995. The first volume will cover North America, with subsequent volumes on the rest of the world to follow. Features of the new catalogs are discussed.

China values increase in vol. II
Article Abstract:
Volume II of the 1994 Scott Catalog lists 3/4 of its value fluctuations in Chinese stamps from all time periods, many of which have risen sharply. Cuban and Portuguese colony stamps have also increased or changed.
