Dancers at the Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Carnival provided the perfect opportunity for a study in slow-motion photography. Dressed in traditional costumes, the dancers were photographed with a 28mm lens, Fujichrome 100 (RDP) film, 1/15 second shutter speed and fill flash.

A professional photographer discovered a colorfully decorated wall and waited for an interesting human 'event' to give the image an unusual dimension. He used an Olympus OM-4 with a 65-200mm f/4 Zuiko zoom lens and shot the photo with Kodachrome 64 slide film.

One photographer thrives on shooting images of people enjoying summer weather and activities. One photograph of children playing at a water park in Columbus, OH, was taken with color print film that did as well as slide processed in the Cibachrome process.
