Happy anniversary JPA! 30 years of youth in philately

The Junior Philatelists of America is the biggest stamp collecting association for young people in the US, and is having its 30th anniversary. JPA offers educational services, has its own newsletter, and is partially operated by young members. JPA is geared toward those nineteen and under.
