New Orleans' French Quarter cuisine is represented in Arnaud's, a classic Creole restaurant. The restaurant is celebrating its 75th year of operation as a showcase of classic local cuisine. The restaurant also houses a Mardi Gras Museum on the second floor, exhibiting Mardi Gras souvenirs.

A recipe is presented for southern sweetened tea, which is a typical sweetened iced tea of the South. The drink is said to have debuted at the 1904 World's Fair, although food historian John Egerton places its origins as early as 1868.
