Women who lead
Article Abstract:
Leadership can involve the initiation of collaboration in solving problems and restoring order. Women who lead tend to possess this style of leadership, which is unlike men who generally aim for domination and defeating the opposition. Women who are given authority tend to form collaborative committees and share the responsibility. Women need to question their own psychological linking of leadership with masculinity.
