More than one basil

Many varieties of basil share a common flavor. Other varieties may taste like cinnamon, lemon or anise, to name a few. This culinary herb is described and tips are given on how to grow it. It may be used as flavoring, as an ornamental or as a part of a cut-flower arrangement.
