A variety of cooking tips are provided including advice for cleaning collard greens, quick soaking dried beans, buying artichokes, cooking steel-cut oats and adding herbs and garlic to recipes. The different varieties of chili are discussed including Texas chili, white chili and Cincinnati chili.
