Homegrown & delicious: Native fruits
Article Abstract:
The woodlands as well as fields of America abound with a wide variety of native plants that usually bear tasty fruits but unfortunately little is known about their usefulness. The merits of cultivating some of the best native plants including lingonberry, beach plums, low-bush blueberry and persimmon among other native plants are discussed in detail.
