Conceptual Artist and glassblower McElheny has launched an exhibition of his works at the isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston, MA, from Jan 22 - Apr 25, 1999. The Exhibit subtitled "The Story of Glass" featured tumblers, goblets, cups and other objects created in the styles of 15th-17th centuries.

Olga de Amaral
Article Abstract:
Fiber artist Olga de Amaral's works featured from June to August 1998 at the Indianapolis Museum of Art included soft sculptures of different fabrics. The Columbian artisan incorporates native land and Indian influences in her works which feature acrylic, gold leaf, and silver materials.
