Article Abstract:

Marigolds bloom through fall until a hard frost, cost less, are less prone to disease and suffer less from insects than chrysanthemums. Combining marigolds with chrysanthemums creates a flashy fall display. Marigolds can also be used to replace traditional summer annuals.
