Out of the woods
Article Abstract:
Few people are aware of the beauty and fragrance native azaleas can bring to the home garden. The evergreen shrubs often bloom from early spring into late summer and are spectacular in Zone 5, but are hardy enough to stand the cool climates of Zones 6 and 7. The shrubs can grow 12 to 17 feet high in well drained, occasionally dry soil.
