Article Abstract:
Paul Grieshaber, a pilot, wanted to have on innovative way for him and his kids to meet their new neighbors after moving to Lake Norman, in Mooresville, North Carolina. His creative endeavors blossomed into a quasi-tropical paradise that has become a community phenomenon with fiesta- colored neon signs, a margarita machine, and fabulous flowering baskets to welcome the guests.

Irvin Tepper
Article Abstract:
Irvin Tepper, a teacher of fine arts and industrial design at Pratt Institute, New York City uses cup as his subject. He began his intrigue with the cup form in 1972 and he made cups, all referring visually heavy diner cup, but with hollow walls that had become thinner and more fragile. His works were dispalyed at the Schein-Joseph International Museum of Cermaic Art.
