Sweet melons

Summertime is melon season in the southern US states and everyone has a different way to enjoy the summer fruit. Some like to eat honeydew melons with a squeeze of lime juice, some prefer it with syrup drizzled over the top, and some sprinkle it with freshly ground black pepper.
