White ironstone ceramics
Article Abstract:
White ironstone ceramics created by British potters in the 19th century are popular collectibles. The works were created to meet the demand for imported white porcelain pieces from China, but the wares were also shipped to the United States. The patterns were frequently changed to keep public interest. Descriptions of the sets are provided.

Carnival glass
Article Abstract:
Issues concerning the collectibility of carnival glass are discussed. A short history of carnival glass is presented. Particular attention is given to the technical methods of producing carnival glass through iridization and to description of style and design.

Seneca Glass: collectors take note of the glassware of a prolific West Virginia firm

The Seneca Glass Co produced very high quality hand-made, lead crystal glassware between 1891 and 1983. The firm is most famous for its unusual cut glass patterns.
