The three Spanish styles of cooking are Catalan, Andalusian and Basque. Spanish eating habits are discussed and recipes are detailed for ensalada de atun, mero a la plancha, sopa de ostras, terrina de queso fresco, tartaleta de txipirones and raviolis de patata.
