Classic contemporary wins favor
Article Abstract:
Classic contemporary furnitures receive rave reviews because of its mix of simplicity and glamor and blend of modern and classic looks. Classic contemporary offer looks that are modern without being faddish, an achievement that partly explains the rush of high-end manufacturers to re-examine the looks that originated from the 1920s to the 1950s. The popularity of classic contemporary had a lot to with the April 1997 unveiling of Baker Furniture's Barry Collection. Most recently, Larry Laslo and Vicente Wolf unveiled their respective collection in the High Point, NC, market to add to their previous assortment of classic contemporary collection.
