Designer Tim Guetzlaff turned a 1920s bungalow into a 1990s showcase. The 940 square-foot house had been partially furnished and decorated by the owners. Guetzlaff followed the design scheme, adding a 1940s coffee table and antiques. The bathroom was furnished with hand-made tile.

Interior designers Neil Korpinen and Eric Erickson renovated a ranch-style house in Los Angeles, CA, built in 1951. They maintained the original floor plan while removing a wall to show the house's spine. A potting shed was also enclosed to create a family room.
