Sharpe Hill Vineyard, nestled in the rolling hills of northeast Connecticut, seemed to Steven and Catherine Vollweiler a perfect place to produce quality wines. The vineyard allows guests to be transported back in time as it is housed on a historic property that includes an 18th-century house and a 19th-century barn.
