Hyundai realigns
Article Abstract:
Hyundai Furniture Inds., a subsidiary of Koryeo Industrial Development Co., will be reorganized to become a unit of Hyundai Business Group, starting Jan. 1, 1999. The company has been part of the Hyundai Livart Corp., which will be eliminated in early 1999. Hyundai Livart will be integrated into other Hyundai Business Group units. Meanwhile, Hyundai will continue to be managed by Kwon Lee as chairman, and Pete Eagan as president. Carter Fox will continue to serve the company as product development consultant.
