John Widdicomb Inc. of Grand Rapids, MI, is the new firm that will be formed with the union of John Widdicomb and Bexley Heath. James DeVries, the chairman of the new company, said that the merger of the two high-end furniture manufacturers will result in more efficient services and a wider choice of product lines for its clientele. Meanwhile, John Widdicomb Inc. will unveil its first collection, the V&A Collection, inspired by furniture found in The Victoria and Albert Museum in London, UK, in October 1998.
