Quaker has named Mark Hellwig as vice president of supply chain management and appointed Tom Muzekari to handle all sales at the company. Hellwig will manage the company's customer service, fabric and yarn scheduling and raw materials purchasing. He will report to the company's president and chief executive officer, Larry Liebenow. Before joining Quaker, Hellwig served as director of supply chain management at Solo Cup Co., and as vice president specializing in supply chain management at Garr Consulting.
