LeatherTech: first efficiency, now design
Article Abstract:
LeatherTech, a Dallas, TX-based manufacturer of leather upholstery, is stepping up its marketing by coming out with better designs. Founded in 1991, the company has carved a reputation with its ability to ship made- to-order products within two weeks. Sales, as a result, are projected to reach $17 million in 1997, from $1.1 million in 1992. Founders Bob Duncan and Sanjay Chandra are now hoping that future growth will depend on the company's ability to create better designs.
