Most duties stay low: Final Section A rate declines to 8.64%

The decision of final duties by the Department of Commerce has been taken with the Section A sale declining to 8.64% instead of the expected rise to 30%. Also the US import duties were raised for three big Chinese wood bedroom furniture manufacturers and lowered for four. The rates will come into affect only after and depending on the ruling by the International Trade Commission.
