SansegalChina develops quality program
Article Abstract:
SansegalChina, a production management and design firm, has developed a quality control program for Chinese factories called Individual Customer Acceptability Rating Exam (ICARE), which is based on a series of lessons and exams that teach the things that make the U.S. customers unique. The ICARE program was launched in October 2002 with the aim of helping the Chinese workers to understand and produce the products related to home furnishings as required by the U.S. shoppers.

Vaughan, La-Z-Boy use AHFA program; earn environment honors
