Ten easy steps to garden color
Article Abstract:
Color can define a garden and convey its owners' tastes and attitudes. Ten basic guidelines for transforming a garden through the use of color are presented. They include familiarity with the color spectrum, combination of adjacent colors on the spectrum and coordination of contrasting colors.

Color in the winter garden

Berries enliven and add color to winter gardens. A list of different berry producing plants is presented. The list includes Ilex decidia or possum haw, Ilex Meserveae, Ilex Aquifolium or English holly, Viburnum tomentosum, Viburnum trilobum or highbush cranberry and Viburnum setigerum.
