Edyth and and Jack O'Neill had the Willington, CT, farmhouse of Thomas and Thankful Rice moved 2,000 miles to their Fredericksburg, TX, farm in 1992. The couple then reconstructed the beautiful old cape built by Thomas Rice himself in 1768 for his family.
